The Austin Community Design and Development Center (ACDDC) is a 501(c)3 non-profit whose mission is to improve the quality of life for all by providing sustainable design, planning, and development services to low and moderate income individuals, families, and neighborhoods. Since the organization’s founding in 2006, ACDDC has partnered with local non-profits, governmental agencies, local and national foundations, and the University of Texas to provide sustainability consulting, project management, community/stakeholder input facilitation, grant writing, project programming, and architectural services. The organization’s breadth of experience includes single family residential, multi-family residential, educational institutions, green technology implementation and policy creation, and community development.
