Window Selection: Don't get yourself in a Jamb

This joint presentation and tour by Jim LaRue, AIA and Emily Haydon, Assoc. AIA of LaRue Architects address how the Loewen Timber Frame Curtain Wall System satisfies all the design parameters for a 1920's Clarksville remodel/ addition.
"For us, the project starts at the site, and this project is all about the downtown views. This course highlights our window/door selections process from design through detailing. We will discuss design parameters, manufacturer and team collaboration, and technical product information."

Learning Objectives
As a result of this course, attendees will be able to:

  1. Evaluate the design parameters for the best window and door selections for a project.
  2. Select the most appropriate door/window manufacturer to satisfy your specfic design parameters.
  3. Collaborate with the selected door/window manufacturer and project team members to achieve design goals.
  4. Analyze installation/finish details, technical data, and performance of the Timber Frame Curtain Wall Window/Door System in this remodel/addition project.
