Join the Small Firms Roundtable for a panel discussion with local practitioners to discuss what over-arching contemporary approaches exist or are emerging that can be utilized by small practices to both facilitate greater durability/resilience and promote best practices within the shifting paradigm of more robust environmental advocacy at the national level. We will focus primarily on the building envelope, exploring techniques and technologies available to small firms that utilize environmentally sound materials and methods to support longevity of construction, long term health of the occupants and sensitivity to the natural environment. Due to limited space, registration is required to attend this event.

Panelists for this event are:

  • Scott Witt, AIA CPHC
  • Erika Bonfanti, PE
  • Adam Reiser

Learning Objectives:

  1. Acquire a better understanding of environmentally sound materials for the building envelope.
  2. Acquire a better understanding of means and methods for a more durable, resilient building envelope.
  3. Understand the impacts of the discussed materials and methods on both the building occupants and the environment.
  4. Provide actionable techniques that small firms can take with them into their practices and immediately begin the implement to make projects more resilient, and better protect the health, safety and comfort of building occupants.

RSVP Required. Lunch will be provided to registered attendees. 1 HSW.

All sales are final, and registration is transferrable. Please see our cancellation policy.
