Topic: What Now?

Beyond a health crisis, the coronavirus has impacted the global economic order. From governments and financial institutions to global corporations and small businesses, we are facing uncharted territories. Current structures, assumptions, and practices may not be as effective as they used to be.

But every challenge provides an opportunity and we know that the Austin family of architects will be there for one another. So this month, we will forgo the usual panel of experts and extend our conversation to everyone. We believe we can help one another and find new ways to move our businesses forward.

Join us via Zoom as we discuss how firms have faced immediate challenges with our workforce, clients, and partners, how we are restructuring our people and processes in order to keep efficiency and connectedness, and what we see looking forward. Together we can overcome these challenges and, as architects, shape the new normal for our firms.
