Join us at 11:45 am on Thursday August 17th for a discussion on Financial Management for Design Firms. This will be a true roundtable discussion lead by Steve Wintner, AIA, Emeritus. Steve Wintner, is the founder and principal of Management Consulting Services, an Austin-based firm specializing in professional design firm management. 

Mr. Wintner has more than 45 years of experience in numerous aspects of design firm management. He has been a licensed architect since 1968, with NCARB certification and registration in California, Texas and New York. Steve was a former vice president and director of operations for Gensler, CRSS (HOK) and a managing principal of his own architectural firm. He also developed a workshop entitled “Financial Management for Design Professionals: The Path to Profitability”. 

For our discussion, Steve will be sharing his knowledge and taking questions from participants.

Mission
Members of AIA Austin small firms' committee (generally characterized as having 10 or fewer employees, designing small to medium projects) meet monthly to learn and discuss architectural practice and continually reach out to a diverse community of emerging small firms owners.

The committee meets on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 11:45am.
