Lean Project Delivery

Owners can save time and money by spending a more concentrated effort up front to save time and money at the back end by reducing schedule durations and change orders with the use of Target Value Design. BIM technology is only one tool in the toolbox and we need to change how we contract, build and maintain projects. There is no better time than now to align all parties including the Owner, Design Team, Contractors and Subcontractors with a common goal.

Lean Design Techniques - participants will learn how to deliver the right deliverable at the right time to minimize wasted effort.

Appropriate BIM Tools - participants will learn how to use the correct BIM tools for this type of project.

Target Value Design - participants will learn about the benefits of Target Value Design to avoid time intensive and costly value engineering exercises.

Holistic Lean Project Delivery - participants will learn the benefits of having the right team members on the project at the right time from pre-construction to project completion.
