WHICH CONTRACT IS RIGHT FOR MY PROJECT? 
A discussion of the AIA and TAB residential construction contracts

James Rudnicki and Chris Craven, attorneys with expertise in construction law, will discuss the differences, similarities and best use of AIA Contracts and the TAB Residential Construction Contract.

Join the AIA Austin's CRAN (Customer Residential Architects Network) and Austin Home Builders' CBRC (Custom Builder & Remodeler Council) for the 6th Annual Residential Architect and Custom Remodeler Panel.   The panel will take place at the Philips Event Center (8140 Exchange Drive) on Thursday, October 2 at 11:30am.  [see map]  Lunch will be provided.

Mission
The Custom Residential Architects Network (CRAN) Committee is a resource for those that practice residential architecture.  Special programs and continuing education are provided at each meeting.

The committee meets on the 1st Thursday of each month at 11:30am.  Contact AIA Austin or the committee chair to learn more.  All committee meetings are open to non-members and anyone with an interest in residential design.
