Visit this beautiful home under construction, designed by Webber + Studio. The discussion will be about the general development approach in both value and budget for the future occupants, based on this unique project that started as a remodel, and ended up as a new construction.

Learning Objectives
As a result of attending this presentation, the attendee will:
1) Understand design. All the strategies that were applied throughout to engender a positive emotional response from the future users of the building.
2) Understand building systems incorporated into this project. All the structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection.
3) Understand the reality of budget. The importance of balance between details and decisions that go into a house.
4) Understand materials and methods applied to both the exteriors and interiors of the house.
