Join us for the March CRAN Tour, where we will be visiting and discussing a speculative house development under construction.  The discussion will be about the general development approach in terms of economics and value to the future occupants, lead by Jose Minguell, AIA and Laura McQuary of Minguell-McQuary.

By the end of this presentation, attendees will:
1. Understand pre-design land use analysis for a unique Austin zoning type.
2. Understand small, urban lot development codes and considerations.
3. Understand energy efficient building design methods were used in this project.
