AIA Austin Summer Conference is Almost Here

Each year AIA Austin provides the design community in Austin with an educational conference offering up to 18 hours of professional and continuing education in a relaxed and "local" way.

Have you ever wondered how the smart power grid of the future may control your electric car or how the design of an energy laboratory and massive amounts of real time data can allow for innovative testing and research?  Are you interested in a compact and connected future, or in bicycling today and tomorrow in Austin?  Would you like to imagine Sustainable Communities or a vision to connect Central Texas?  Would you like to learn an Engineer’s approach to Adaptive Reuse or how bond programs shape Austin?  Would you like an insiders view of three Honor Award Winning Projects, or to hear the stories of success directly from the 2013 Firm Achievement Recipients.  These are just a few of the sessions scheduled for the 2013 AIA Austin Summer Conference and Product Expo.

The Product Expo highlights local product suppliers offering new and exciting products and/or services.  The expo is one hour during the lunch hour.
