In the role of Project Manager, your duties will include:

  • Collaboration with designers, project managers, and other team members
  • Lead project teams during all phases of design
  • Manage all aspects of projects for successful and efficient execution of work
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and client liaison
  • Responsibility for project scope, schedule, and budget alignment and management
  • Oversee project teams and participate in staffing reviews and resource assignments
  • Participate in marketing and project pursuit efforts
  • Provide and manage communications with clients, consultants, and contractors during all project phases
  • Supervision, support, and mentoring of junior staff
  • Monitor project delivery through all phases of design and construction

Requirements:

  • Professional degree in architecture
  • Licensed Architect
  • Revit knowledge and experience
  • Approximately 8-12 years of professional experience
  • At least 2 years of project management experience preferred
  • Experience with projects over 50,000sf/$15M construction cost preferred
  • Comfort with project design, construction documentation, production, and construction.
  • Experience with building codes, specifications, building and engineering systems. • Understanding of project management process and risk management
  • Experience reviewing contracts
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills
  • A collaborative and professional work ethic • Interest in public building typologies: higher education architecture and planning, civic architecture
  • Passion for the craft of construction and high-quality design
