You Excel at:

  • Overseeing all aspects of medium- to large-scale projects
  • Managing clients, consultants, and project teams
  • Leading team members, providing mentorship and guidance
  • Developing conceptual plans/models
  • Overseeing production of contract documents using Revit 2017 or newer
  • Overseeing creation of specifications using Microsoft Word or eSpecs
  • Directing the creation of compelling visual and descriptive materials for client presentations
  • Overseeing construction administration

The Musts:

  • Architectural degree
  • 8+ years of commercial architectural experience
  • Commitment to work with integrity and lead by example
  • Strong Revit skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Management experience
  • Extensive knowledge of one or more of the following: corporate /commercial office, urban multi-family, student housing, hospitality, or institutional work
  • LEED accreditation is a plus
