Sanders Architecture is a boutique architecture firm that provides sophisticated, client-centered design solutions. We create livable, site-specific, contemporary spaces with unrelenting attention to site, materials, the environment, and our clients’ programmatic goals. We are currently looking to add a Project Manager to our growing team.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Capable of managing several projects at any given time, in different phases of design and/or construction
  • Manage a small team of project designers to accomplish project goals and to meet deadlines
  • Prepare design and construction documents using Revit and Adobe Suite
  • Review work for design accuracy, quality, and clarity
  • Manage construction administration tasks
  • Apply code and compliance requirements to documents
  • Report directly to the Principal Architect

Your Qualifications:

  • Degree in Architecture or Environmental Design
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the field of architecture
  • Professional registration a plus, but not a requirement
  • Experience managing projects in an architecture firm setting, including client and subconsultant management and construction administration tasks
  • Strong knowledge of architectural design, drafting, detailing, building materials, building codes, and construction techniques
  • Project experience and strong working knowledge of Revit and Adobe Suite
  • Experience creating digital 3D models
  • Familiarity with zoning regulations, building codes, and accessibility requirements
  • Effective communication, attention to detail, and time management skills are a must
