We are looking for someone with talent and ambition to help bring our work to life and become part of our growing office family! Right now, we’re working on rock climbing facilities, retail projects, Architect-as-Developer residential case studies, holiday retreat venues, and so on. Also, we are putting the finishing touches on our new office space. Wanna make good stuff with us?

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Apply only if you are proficient in Archicad (all other applications will be deleted)
• Provide base salary requirements
• Professional Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
• Accuracy & precision (you absolutely must use snaps and hold shift when drawing straight lines to work here)
• 1-5(ish) years of relevant work experience
• Experience with commercial projects
• Basic knowledge of building code
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to focus and complete tasks assigned
• Coordinate and collaborate with project teams including multiple consultants (Structural, MEP, etc)
• Motivated self-starter that can overcome decision paralysis.
• Collaborative and a good team player with an optimistic attitude. Note that optimism is not the same as positivity. Dry humor and sarcasm are encouraged.
• Ideally, you’re smarter, faster, and more talented than us as well.
