We are seeking applicants with a design background and experience in the architectural industry. This must include experience with multi-family and commercial office type projects.
Bachelor’s, Professional, or Graduate degree in Architecture
Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in managing relevant projects types.
  • Candidate must be able to show, during the interview selection process, their involvement with coordinating and documenting of large commercial projects with a complex scope, technical expertise as well as experience in managing consultant teams and in-house staff.
  • The candidate should also demonstrate the ability in the coordination of a production schedule as well as show strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A minimum 5+ years’ experience with Shell Building and Interior Architecture projects is also required.
  • Software skills shall must include Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Description:

  • The Project Architect will lead projects from project design, documentation, code and specifications though construction administration.
  • You will coordinate schedules, staff, review, teach and lead internal team throughout the life of the project.
  • You will also show ability to coordinate production schedule, coordinate with consultants and communicate directly with clients showing strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A significant level of experience with complex Architectural and Interiors projects experience is also necessary.
