What we expect you can bring to the table:

  • Comfortable collaborating in all aspects of architectural design, lead project development and project teams from project inception to completion, including directing the architectural team and integrating the engineering teams on projects of varying scale and budget.
  • Provide an out-of-this-world experience for our clients that cannot be replicated anywhere else.
  • Deep knowledge of contract documents, specifications, shop-drawings and submittal review, specifications, and cost estimations.
  • Relevant construction observation and construction administration experience
  • Excellent design skills and strong technical proficiency including experience in working in the following platforms: Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

We take care of our own:

At CTA, we are committed to excellent client service of both our external and internal clients. We’re the heads-down-but-have-fun, people-before-projects kind of firm.
