We are a small Architectural Design/Build and Development firm specializing in the single family, condominium, multi-use and modular projects spaces.  

We are hiring an Office Manager/Full Charge Bookkeeper to work hourly (18-24 hours per week).

Here, each employee’s roles expand beyond their job title.  We are seeking someone to knit into our team and work integrally with the group.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years demonstrated bookkeeping experience – preferably in architecture/construction.
  • B.A. (Preferred) in administration, business, accounting or related fields.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Self-directed with keen attention to detail – will ultimately be minimally supervised.

Proficiency in:

  • Quickbooks (Required)
  • Microsoft Office (Required)
  • Google Suite (Required)
  • 10-key (Desired)

Responsibilities include:

  • Work with project managers to establish project construction budgets, update budgets with current expenses and create, submit and track project draws
  • Handle modular company inquiries and vetting prior to forwarding to the project manager
  • Administrative support for architecture team and owner
  • Collect, record and track updated copies of subcontractor W-9’s and Certificates of Insurance
  • Architectural, reimbursable expenses, modular home sales and window sales invoicing
  • A/R and A/P and financial reporting 
  • Preparing project cash flow projection reports
  • Reviewing timesheets and running bi-weekly payroll, paying payroll taxes
  • Monthly bank account and credit card reconciliation
  • Monthly sales tax reporting
  • Quarterly and annual reporting, issuing 1099’s and W2’s
  • Coordinating with CPA at year’s end
  • HR administration
  • Insurance administration – E&O, GL, Worker’s Comp, etc.
