Chioco Design is a design-focused architectural and interiors studio that takes on a broad range of project types and scales. Our work ranges from the intimate scale of private residences to the expansive scope of industrial adaptive reuse developments. We are Seeking:

We are now seeking a full-time in-studio office manager and marketing coordinator.  This position will serve to support our staff while also elevating our response and outreach to prospective clients. 


What We Like about You:

  • Highly organized, multi-tasked oriented, excellent communication skills.
  • Willing to provide in-office support to colleagues, which may include reception and office organization
  • Organize biweekly internal studio meetings, lunch and learns, and product rep presentations
  • Provide scheduling support for our leadership team, including writing and composition assistance for presentations and public relations events
  • Basic graphic design skills that will help us continue to elevate our brand by maintaining and improving upon our current templates for proposals
  • Coordinate award submissions, organizing photography and ongoing public relations efforts
  • Maintain active social media accounts and coordinate website updates


  • Highly organized, multi-tasked oriented, excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in: Adobe (Acrobat, and InDesign is preferred as well), Microsoft Office and Excel, Gmail and Calendar
