Furman + Keil Architects is seeking to fill a full-time office manager position. Job duties include:

  • bookkeeping, including preparation of monthly client invoices, tracking accounts and paying bills, payroll, and monthly/quarterly tax and financial reporting. Working knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software and Excel/Numbers spreadsheet software required. Knowledge of ArchiOffice software is preferred.
  • office management, including calendar, contacts, and time-keeping management; purchasing supplies; maintenance of computer systems and software; communication with firm’s IT consultant; telephone reception and e-mail correspondence; and office organization.
  • graphics and marketing, organizing the firm’s efforts in updating the marketing materials, website, and social media and preparing proposals for RFP/RFQ. Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and InDesign) preferred.
