Hai Hospitality is seeking an Interior Designer to join our Home Office Team!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Create material and design presentations
  • Communicate design ideas clearly through sketches or digital media with external partners and internal stakeholders
  •  Oversee and ensure design standards are maintained at existing restaurant locations
  • Oversee FFE procurement and fulfillment, tracking orders and communicating with larger team for new and existing projects
  • Review and provide feedback on plans, elevation, details, and schedules  
  • Help specify FFE - includes coordinating with vendors for quotes, requesting samples, meeting budgets, and maintaining documentation of selections
  • Help provide feedback during Construction Administration on RFIs and submittals, substitutions, and field conditions for conformance with design intent.  

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or Interior Design
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience
  • Proficient in AutoCAD  
  • Proficient in Revit (a plus but not required)
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign  
  • Knowledge of and passion for hospitality design
  • Organization skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to communicate design intent internally and externally clearly and effectively
