Field Project Manager/Senior Superintendent:
We are seeking an experienced, competent, astute, creative, adaptive, dedicated, respectful and effective building professional.
This position is for a “top-flight” Project Manager capable of managing a jewel box renovation or complex multi-million dollar construction projects.

Responsibilities to include:

  • Participate in project estimating and VE as required
  • Develop project specific supplemental specifications and scope clarifications as required
  • Assist with construction feasibility studies
  • Develop critical path construction schedules
  • Construction documentation review including identifying omissions and conflicts within the construction documents
  • Building enclosure and weatherproofing analysis
  • MEP systems analysis
  • Permitting
  • Early material requirement analysis and procurement


  • Work with all parties including Client, Architect, Engineers, Consultants, Subcontractors and Suppliers to ensure the efficient execution of the project
  • Coordinate and supervise all subcontractors and site labor
  • Ensure construction quality, conformity to plans and specs, dimensional accuracy and on-site safety
  • Develop and maintain critical path construction schedules
  • Distribution and communication of all relevant information to all appropriate parties
  • Project documentation
  • Review and process shop drawings and submittals
  • Oversee the procurement, delivery and use of all materials

The Ideal Candidate would possess the following:

  • 5+ years of experience
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Highly organized and administrative
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills  
  • Detail-orientated with a strong focus on accuracy
  • Efficient in management of time and resources
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver excellent results
  • Eager to learn
  • Punctual with an outstanding work ethic
  • Strong, stable prior employment history
