  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Construction
  • 3 or more years of relevant work experience
  • Proficiency with drafting and modeling software, including AutoCAD and Revit
  • Experience producing construction documents
  • Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and organization
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Presentation modeling and rendering abilities, including Sketchup or similar
  • Technical detailing and modeling experience, including Inventor or similar
  • Digital graphics experience, including Adobe Creative Suite or similar
  • Experience working with building materials in construction or fabrication fields

Responsibilities Include:

  • Producing design drawings and renderings for presentations, as well as construction details and documents for regulatory approval.
  • Reviewing shop drawings for accuracy and adherence to design, preparing submittals and RFIs for distribution on cloud based project management software.
  • Coordinating project details with in-house architects, designers and fabricators, as well as outside architects, consultants, subcontractors and vendors.
  • Communicating and adapting design ideas to follow best practices, and building consensus with in-house modeling and fabrication teams.
  • Verifying, ordering and tracking construction materials and decorative items requested by designers and project managers.
  • Participating in efforts to estimate costs and manage budgets for construction and fabrication projects.
