Construction Project Managers are responsible for the overall direction, safety, financial outcome and completion of construction projects from initial budget through project closeout.

Duties, Responsibilities and Qualifications

  • Ability to manage all aspects of the construction process from budget development to final inspection.
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects; requiring effective interaction and coordination with internal company departments as well as external clients, subcontractors and architects.
  • Coordinating, attending, and facilitating project meetings and final inspections. Generating agenda and meeting minutes for distribution.
  • Capability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
  • Ensure all legal requirements, building and safety codes, safety inspections, city guidelines, and local and state regulations are met
  • Coordinate, plan, and manage schedules for contractors and subcontractors
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive attitude and team player with precise attention to detail
