Mark Hart Architecture is a premier architecture design studio looking to add a new member to our ever growing and dynamic team.

Position Description: Assist Project Managers with Construction Admin. Candidate should have Two to Five years of experience working in construction or construction administration. Must be able to perform on-site observations and document results relative to the quantity and quality of the contractor's performance.  Review, evaluate and address RFI’s and Submittals. Coordinate weekly meetings, project schedules and field reports.  Candidate should have a firm grasp of the construction process and be able to represent the architect’s design intent.  Bring questions or concerns to the attention of the Project Manager assigned to project.  Monitor construction changes, shop drawings, samples, product data and/or other submissions from the contractor.  Proficiency in Microsoft projects, Outlook, Word, Excel and Bluebeam are required. Have a self-driven, positive attitude; must be highly organized and communicate well with team members.  Experience in High Density-Mixed Use and Commercial office projects preferred. LEED certification encouraged.
