What you’ll do:


  • Liaise between teams and clients, acting as client’s main point of contact for commercial interiors projects.
  • Manage your own projects from start to finish.
  • Produces schematic, design development, and construction document drawings and renderings, in collaboration with the Project Architect and/or Project Manager, for architectural finishes, millwork, and furniture systems for ground up built to suit projects.
  • Understands and coordinates architectural and engineering systems relevant to interiors design/architecture projects, i.e. electrical requirements.
  • Reviews finishes specifications, furniture and millwork shop drawings, material samples, and CDs construction documents for conformance with design.
  • Performs construction administration duties related to interior design/architecture and furnishings (e.g., RFIs, shop drawings, install coordination, punch lists, etc.)
  • Demonstrate flexibility in seeking alternative approaches and thinking outside the box.
  • Balance responsibilities on multiple projects concurrently.
  • Meets with furniture and material representatives to broaden knowledge and keep up with current offerings.




  • A Professional Degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited program.
  • Have a Minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial Interiors projects.
  • Understand and be able to produce documentation packages using Revit.
  • Experience with delivering all phases of an interiors project (Experience in medical a plus.)
  • Experience with Enscape a plus.
