Your role:

  • Participating fully in the daily operations of the office, which will entail drafting, sketching, code research, digital/physical model making, aiding in creating cost estimates, bidding and attending meetings both in the office as well as in the surrounding area.
  • You will be required to prepare client related materials, participate in general office discussions, assist in keeping the office clean and aide daily operations such as answering phones, taking messages, etc.
  • Work with the Principal and Project Managers to establish the program with the client during pre-design & determine feasibility of project based on zoning, codes, budget and scope.
  • Create the design and production of CD's, specifications and other documents necessary for construction. Revit experience mandatory.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating technology in the office, including but not limited to software, hardware and network maintenance.
  • Maintain an organized workspace/work environment.
  • Professional degree and experience in Architecture firm or related field required.


  • Minimum 2 - 4 years of office experience in creating construction documents in residential and mixed-use projects
  • Proficiency using Revit is mandatory
  • Proficiency using other programs such as SketchUp, Photoshop, In-Design, and Illustrator is a plus
  • Able to sketch ideas and details quickly during design and construction
