If it’s not an old adage, it should be. Architects have long debated about how much information should be contained in a set of Construction Drawings. Contractors have long chided architects for asking them to re-construct a detail that was never drawn in the first place. And clients have long been stuck with the change orders that accompany decisions made in the field. All three pray that nothing will leak!
