The Custom Residential Architects Network (CRAN) is a resource for those that practice residential architecture. Montly meetings usually consist of a project tour, continuing education, and lunch. Our meetings and events are open to everyone, and we invite you to become more involved with CRAN.

Join the CRAN Committee for a tour of an original Roland G. Roessner mid-century modern home in Pemberton Heights. Team members from Webber + Studio Architects will walk you through the existing conditions and talk about how they plan to introduce a new way of living, while maintaining the original rigor of the house.
Address will be provided upon registration.

The September CRAN Tour will feature a home designed by Jay Corder Architect, with presentation lead by Jay Corder, AIA and Travis Habersaat of Jay Corder Architect, and BIM presentation lead by Caleb Gonzales of CADeshack. Learn how the five phases of design can effectively layer to create a truly integrated process and product.

Each year, the Custom Residential Architects Network teams up with the Home Builders Association to host a collaborative session on residential design and construction. Please join us for this year's panel discussion, hosted at the BMC Design Center.

 

HBA/CRAN Panel Discussion:

Nick Deaver (Nick Deaver Architect) and Nick Bell (Melde Construction) will be presenting examples of their use of Integrated Project Delivery (I.P.D.) on their past and present work in Austin, TX.
