Event Urban Design Committee Meeting

Mission:
Develop and promote public programs to raise public awareness of the value of architecture.

Meetings:
The Urban Deisgn Committee meets monthly, the fourth Wednesday of each month at the Austin Center for Architecture located at 12th Street and West Avenue.  The meeting times are usually 12:00pm unless notified otherwise.

hi - here is an addition i designed and continued the process by building the addition.  to fabricated the organic formed roof, i used the flexibility of the steel (columns and beams) for the edges and the workability of the wood for the planes.

the clients has been excited throughout the process such that he has even done some of the construrction.  it has been fun working with him and his dog remy.

The Urban Deisgn / Government Affairs Committee (UDGA) meets monthly, the Fourth Wednesday of the month at the Austin Center for Architecture located at 12th Street and West Avenue.  The meeting times are usually 11:45 AM unless notified otherwise.
