Please join Latinos in Architecture for our first Movie Night featuring SIDEWALLS (Medianeras) from Argentina ... a story about architecture, design, love, and Buenos Aires. What's not to like?!

New Exhibit Opens at Austin Center for Architecture:  John Staub Award Winners 2011

John F. Staub has been described as “a man who was as exceptional a gentleman as he was an architect.”*   He was a twentieth-century American eclectic architect, based in Houston, and had a long and distinguished career designing modern houses based on historical models with a skill and grace that has rarely if ever been matched.

A Community of Ideas

  Join our interdisciplinary Old Bakery community to imagine, build, and care for public space in downtown Austin.  The 1000 block of Congress is bordered by the State Capitol, Congress Avenue, and the Governor’s Mansion. It contains a City Park, a State Park, a Historic Bakery, and a growing Community of Ideas.   >>>PROGRAMS: 1. May 12th Mini Maker Faire- Sarah Presson www.eyelikedesign.com is partnering with the Senior Guild and Parks Dept Amy Russell to have a table and activities at the fair.
