Call for Entries

The call for entries for the 2020 AIA Austin Homes Tour is open! This year's AIA Austin Homes Tour Weekend will be held on October 17 and 18. For information on the submission process, download the application packet (which contains submission requirements and eligibility criteria). Note that due to the current situation with COVID-19, we have cancelled site visits and select the houses by the submission materials only. Please email Ingrid with any questions.

Important Dates

  • Architect Q&A Meeting (recommended): Monday, March 9 at 5:45pm
  • Application deadline: EXTENDED to Wednesday, April 29, 5:00pm
  • Project Site Visits:  Saturday, May 2 and Sunday, May 3 CANCELLED
  • Winning architects will be notified the week of May 11 and announced publicly the week of May 18
  • Two Mandatory Architect Meetings: Monday, June 8, 5:45pm and Monday, Oct. 5, 5:45pm
  • Homes Tour Weekend: October 17 – 18, 10am - 6pm
