STG Design has an immediate employment opportunity for a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Manager to be based in its Austin office. STG Design is a nationally active firm that believes the pursuit of design excellence must be evident in everything we do. Our firm is currently involved in architectural and interior design projects in all areas of the US.
The successful applicant for the Marketing Manager position in Austin must have at least 10 years of full-time experience in design, development and production of a broad range of business promotional and marketing materials, including specific responses to RFP/RFQ solicitations while in the employ of a professional services firm or firms. A Bachelor's degree in design, marketing or communications is also required.
We are seeking an engaging and energetic, team-oriented, self-starter who desires a supportive and engaged working environment in which to develop and advance in the exciting field of marketing of professional services. A strong foundation in a structured and organized approach to development of a comprehensive marketing plan with associated organization and the design and utilization of marketing products is essential for success in this position. Strong social skills combined with a keen focus on getting the job done are essential qualities for success in this position. This position also requires coordination of marketing support personnel in Houston, Nashville and Tucson. A high degree of proficiency in Word, Adobe Creative Suite (all elements) as well as Excel and Powerpoint is an essential skill set for this position.

Job Description |
Position Title: Assistant Director, Member Board Relations
Department: Executive Office
Labor Status: Exempt (salaried)
Reports to: Director, Executive Office
Location: Washington, DC
PURPOSE: To manage relations and provide information and support to the Council’s fifty-four Member Boards. Play a key role between Council staff and Member Board Executives (MBEs) on issues related to Model Law, reciprocity, Council programs and services. Enhance and support services to MBEs and/or Member Boards. Be a resource for Member Boards in order to assist them in all aspects of Council programs & services.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least five years of experience in a regulatory and/or in an association environment in a management position.
• Excellent written, verbal communication skills.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, professional, team player with strong customer service skills.
• Be able to travel 25-30% of the time including weekends.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including but not limited to Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
• Detail oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
I. Foster a mutually transparent relationship between the Council and its Member Boards.
a. Serve as staff liaison to the Member Board Executives (MBE) Committee to provide support and continue to build a better relationship with the Member Boards.
b. Develop and coordinate agendas and programs for the MBE Workshop, MBE Forum, and new MBE Orientation.
c. Work with the MBE Committee to find ways to promote uniformity and standardization of processes, requirements, and forms.
d. Serve as central source for information exchange and manage annual update of the MB requirements.
e. Understand and interpret architectural registration laws and regulations as they apply to Council programs and services.
f. Stay abreast of changes in registration laws and regulations and inform other Member Boards of such changes.
g. Facilitate training and education to new MBEs on all Council programs and services.
h. Develop library or other exchange of “best practices” as used by Member Boards to assist each other.
i. Assist Member Boards in their efforts to educate local governments on the importance of participation in NCARB annual and regional meetings.
j. Work with Member Boards toward the adoption of Model Law or local statutes consistent with the Model Law.
II. Support relationship between Member Boards and Council staff:
a. Work with Member Boards towards uniform acceptance of Council Certificate.
b. Through the MBE Committee, identify needs for additional services for Member Boards.
c. Assist Member Board staff as the Council implements new service delivery tools and

The Copperas Cove, Texas office of EV Studio is currently seeking qualified candidates to join our architecture, engineering, and planning team. We have an immediate need for an entry level architect with light commercial project type experience.
Job Description:
This is a full time salaried position with flexible work hours in a business casual work environment. An entry level architect is needed to work under the direct supervision of the firm principal on a variety of light commercial projects including retail spaces, office buildings, medical office spaces, daycare facilities, civic projects, etc.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have recently been licensed or in the final stages of testing for licensure in Texas. Candidates with at least 5 years of commercial architectural experience still completing IDP requirements will also be considered for the position. Experience using AutoCAD as a construction document production tool, expert level proficiency in Autodesk Revit, expert use of MS Office products, and advanced computer graphic skills are required.
Salary:
