Design Awards & Awards Celebration Committee
Mission
This committee provides a platform to showcase excellence in design that is produced by AIA Austin architects and selected by a panel of distinguished jurors. The committee organizes and implements the annual AIA Austin Design Awards Competition and Awards Celebration.
The committee meets on the 1st Monday of each month at Noon. To learn more about this committee, please contact the chair or co-chair.

2011 HONOR AND DESIGN AWARD RECIPIENTS
AUSTIN --- AIA Austin (Austin Chapter of The American Institute of Architects) is pleased to announce the recipients of the 2011 AIA Austin Honor and Design Awards. The awards were presented at the Celebrate Design! event held on Friday, April 15, 2011 at the Blanton Museum, Smith Building. Zarghun Dean served as Master of Ceremonies.

AIA Austin will celebrate the Design Award winners, the Honor Award winners and the New Fellows. Join us in congratulation your fellow peers.

Don't forget, the Design Awards Call for Entries are due Thursday, March 17th by 5:00pm.
Design Awards may be submitted by an AIA Austin architect member.
The Studio Awards may be submitted by Associate AIA or AIAS members. There is a $500 award for a winning project!
